Associate Professor of Pediatrics
Charles Marcuccilli, MD, PhD, is an expert in childhood epilepsy. As a member of the Pediatric Epilepsy Center, he works with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to offer patients a full range of epilepsy treatment, including medications, dietary control, vagus nerve stimulation and surgery.
Dr. Marcuccilli conducts basic and clinical research in several areas of epilepsy and seizure control. In other studies, Dr. Marcuccilli focuses on neurodevelopment and how neurons are affected by environmental and toxic influences.
